Our professional services team all have an extensive experience in retail system implementations. For the last 20 years, we have worked predominantly with retailers throughout North America. We have completed integration projects with many of the major retail systems in North America and have worked with large, mid-sized, and small retailers on large-scale implementation projects.
Services offers includes:

Data Integration

As part of the implementation process for the Dressing Room Assistant, we work with our clients to extract the required data from their existing systems and test the output with the Dressing Room Assistant. We also provide tools for automating the data extractions and test all automated processes to ensure the proper flow of data between head office and the stores.

Project Management, Implementation & Training

We have extensive experience at managing large-scale projects. We offer taking on the role of Project Manager for the integration and implementation at the pilot store, as well as for roll-out beyond the pilot. Following the pilot test, we offer multiple deployment options to our clients. Our clients have the option of either using their own staff to manage the hardware and software deployment, as well as the training of store personnel, or having these tasks managed and completed by RIBA.

We also offer different training options to our clients. One training option are "Train-the-Trainer" sessions (where a RIBA trainer provides sessions to prepare client personnel for going to the stores to train others). Another option will be direct training, where RIBA personnel will do regional training (i.e. where store personnel from specific regions will be trained in a classroom environment).

The specific services offered are tailored to each client, to ensure a successful implementation for our clients.
